The State of Michigan has as a vast amount of free GIS data which can be accessed through the newer GIS Open Data portal. In some case access is free, and some require a fee per lookup. Tuscola County uses the FetchGIS Viewer (Fee Based) to provide tax parcel and mapping servicesīS & A Software which is used by most Michigan Tax Assessors and Equalization Departments provides online access to many Michigan communities including some cities, village, and townships. Sanilac County uses the FetchGIS Viewer to provide tax parcel and mapping services. Saginaw County utilizes both the BS&A Online and FetchGIS Viewer for access to parcel data. Ogemaw County Property Tax Search and Ogemaw County Real Property Inquiry System are two different ways to access tax parcel information, the later through a mapping interface. Midland County utilizes both the Midland Land Records Search and the FetchGIS Viewer application. An ArcGIS Dashboards app optimized for mobile devices and used by the general public and other interested parties to view map-based election results. Isabella County FetchGIS Viewer provides tax parcel information along with GIS mapping functionality or the BS&A Online application. Iosco County Property and Land Search utilizes BS & A and is a fee based system. Huron County FetchGIS site provides a map with limited information, with additional information for a fee. All other assessing data including, but not limited to, tax description, SEV, building data etc. Our Assessing Data comes from a combination of databases supplied by the local municipal assessors and the Saginaw County Equalization Department. Plat maps include information on property lines, lots, plot boundaries, streets, flood zones, public access, parcel numbers, lot dimensions, and easements. The data you see on SAGAGIS has been collected from numerous governmental agencies and displayed here in a consolidated fashion by the Saginaw Area GIS Authority.
